Frank, the refund time frame (7 business days) which we mentioned is the maximum time limit.

You may receive the within a couple of days as well.

This is a federal offense since banking is FDIC - I would contact an attorney and file suit against them.  Then report them to the Better Business Bureau.  Problem is I believe they are overseas because every time you call, you cannot understand them.  Thanks for the info.  Good luck.
