AVG Refund

Hello,
AVG billed my credit card without one week notice before billing. Very unprofessional.
Now I’m going in circles with my refund claim, because nobody will answer on the chat, there is no e-mail where you can write to.
What should I do? Please help

The way I managed to get a hold of them and get my refund was contacting them on Facebook messenger. Not Facebook itself but Facebook messenger cause you want to get a hold of them directly. Good luck
