I've seen this complaint here already with no solution other than an email has been sent to the complainant with the solution/workaround. AVG is not allowing me to open Creative Cloud, claiming that it can't find the exe file (I'm looking right at it). If there is a solution for this, I need it now.
Thanks

Creative Cloud is not listed as a program that is sleeping.
Appreciate your efforts in sharing us the screenshot, Reenie.
Upon checking it, it seems that you've hibernated Adobe app while optimizing using AVG TuneUp.
To check this : Open AVG TuneUp - Speed Up - Background & startup programs - Scroll down to find programs that are sleeping - Check if Creating cloud is listed - If listed, please click on wake beside it & later ignore the app from future scan in the same page (at top).
Please try the above step & let us know if it helps.
