AVG Remediation Utility failure

​I run AVG Remover, and now all seems ok on my computer !!
I will now reinstall AVG as You suggested.

Hallo!
got following problem with AVG.
Story:
- I had Windows 7 with AVG Internet Security 2015 installed
(2 Years - 3 users ;  licence nr.IMPP3-XWIIR-NUQU2-A4Z2X-WPA7V-P4UMV);
- then, I disinstalled AVG (setting records also removed);
- I upgraded free to Windows 10 and use Windows Defender : no problems;
- after, i bought a renewal of my AVG licence for use with another PC
(1 year - 3 users ; new licence IM7AS-HWTWN-ZTWWP-QWVPZ-7BTNX-ITZJV);
[AVG upgrade on second PC went all Ok.];
- now, on my first PC, I get a message from AVG Remediation Utility :
"Reinstallation of AVG recomended immediately";
- I pressed "Ok" to return to AVG, but after download of the AVG program, I get following error message :
<Installazione non riuscita:
codice di errore: 0xE0010406
descrizione: Event exec_finished>
[this, each time I turn on my PC];
- moreover, if I download Internet Security from the AVG site, i get :
<Installazione già in corso :
è già in corso un altro aggiornamento o un'altra installazione di AVG;
(Codice di errore : 0xe001f921)>.
- Please, can You help me ??
