Hello, we have used AVG Business 21.4 so far. connected to AVG Admin 2020.0.8096 remote administration.
I performed a trial installation of a new version of the Management Console (on our server in offline mode) and a single client connection (everything communicates and seems OK). I have the following questions and Thank you in advance for your reply …
1) Where on the AVG Business 21.8.3202 client can I see which cloud console is connected to the DNS name and ports (previously there was a "Remote Administration" option in the settings)?
2) Is it possible to use an IP address and NOT a DNS name when reinstalling the client on workstations due to a new version of the console (avg_business_agent_setup_offline.exe)?
3) Where can I set the interval (how often) for virus updates on the client?
4) Where can I set the interval (how often) for virus updates using AVG Business Console? Thank you so much for the answers!
