AVG remote installation wizard not working

Hi Ryan,

Without being able to see what is happening it is hard to estimate what the situation is. Could you tell me which AVG Product are you exactly using?

Hi, im trying to use the remote installation wizard to remove AVG installation on our client PCs. AVG admin server is able to connect with client PCs and able to send a successful request to remove AVG installation but after that nothing will happen. AVG is still installed on the client PCs. is there any log that i can check to see what is going on? thanks

Clients are using AVG AntiVirus Business Edition version number 16.161.8039
AVG Admin console version : 2016.0.7951.
