Logmein rescue is an applet and is not installed on your PC, once the remote session is completed, you can delete it from downloads folder.

hi there
i installed the avg remote pc control program because of a problem with my computer and the avg clear program.
my problem was is that once i connected to one of your technicians his name stated with the latter m.
and he didn't reply to me at all for a good 1 or 1.5 minutes and i just closed the app.
i connected twice to the program to the same guy and he didn't reply at all meanwhile my pc slowed down very much so i closed the remote control.
and i have a question- how do i remove completely the remote control program once everything is fixed
