Subhadeep, I see an above answer that u gave a person seems to be the reason sooooo many of us have the same problem with AVG updates. We all seem to be going around in circle and you are saying the problem is with AVG  and to try in a few days. WOW, MY GOSH. What the hey.

I have been in discussion with on line support, it ended  with the support person giving me a request # and reference, but I would like to know if I am going to be charged for this service before I start the session.
