AVG removing unused registry entries

I receive the email which asked for a screenshot showing the issue which I Provided April 17 to AVG Customer Care-17852053 but have not receined any futher information.

When I run Smart scan it identifies several issues, one of which is broken registry entries. I am reluctant to remove registry entries unless AVG does that safely.
