Hi there,

I have renewed my multiple device subscripton, however as one of my laptops is new I would prefer that the old one no longer be protected and rather the new one. Problem is that my accoutn seems to have disappeared (diferent email login although as per the billing reciept), so I opened a new one, just so at least I can see some info. I must say that AVG isn't really being friendly towards helping…I mean what kind of Antivirus place doesn't accept emails?
Nevertheless I would love to receieve soem guidance if anyone has?
