I have just received notification that $114.99 has been taken out of my bank account for a renewal of an AVG antivirus program. This is an unauthorised withdrawal from my bank account and I shall be notifying my bank of this. I have never at any time signed up for a renewal as I did not want to continue with your company.
I would appreciate your returning that amount to my bank account immediately.
