Thanks! I've done that and I hope it's now useable.
I'm obviously not understanding a couple of things here.
1. My "Report Card" shows for last 30 days and then since Installation. If 0 have been scanned, what am I paying for??? When I look at the AVG Internet Security icon on my laptop it shows all green check marks and Protected.
Emails scanned | 0 | 0 |
Files scanned | 0 | 530843 |
Do the 0's above mean AVG Internet Security really isn't doing anything?
2. When I come online and go to the My Account, I'm told I don't have a subscription...yet I do have one, having bought a 2 yr one in 2013.
So...where do I stand? Am I being protected or have I spent money for nothing?

Hello Jane, I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. For the scanning issue please re-install your AVG program. I would request you to run AVG remover tool based on your OS (32-bit or 64-bit) to completely remove AVG and then re install.
