I was updating Lubuntu 16.04 running in VirtualBox on Windows 7 when I got a popup saying Win64:Vitro had been detected.  I don't think that's very likely in a Linux distribution from the official website, is it?  Please see

I'm running AVG AntiVirus Free, software version 18.4.3056 and virus definitions version 180623-4.

Mike, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions. 
AVG Guru
