On May 13, 2021 I received an e-mail ostensibly from AVG requesting the update of my recently expired credit card so as to enable the payment for renewal of "your AVG subscription" ( the specific service nor amount was not specified ) expiring on June 12, 2021. The e-mail included a link to where I could enter my renewed credit card details.
I did not use the link for the simple reason that none of my service subscriptions has an expiry date of June 12,2021 ( I double checked this on the subscription list in my AVG account )
Kindly expalin what is going on here as I could not get any answers on line in my AVG account as the supposedly helpful links only kept me going around in circles in a loop. Thank you
