Sorry for the delay in responding to you. Could you please let us know whether the keyboard is attached before powering on the computer? and also please try to attach the keyboard on different USB ports and check whether you could access it.

I posted this question two days ago and am not able to find it in the community so I posting again.
I am using Windows 7 and currently can not boot into Windows. I have the AVG Rescue on a bootable CD.
When it boots it shows the boot menu and I selectAVG Rescue CD. After that it doesn't recognize the USB keyboard.
How can I use the Rescue CD and keep my USB keyboard connection?
Anyone there to help?

The keyboard works great until I make that selection. I tried another USB keyboard and same problem.
Alan, Click on 'All Questions' @ the top of the page & you'll see a drop-down menu inc 'My Questions' which you can click on.

I did load the rescue cd again and the ame problem exists with the usb keyboard.
