I have received the AVG rescue disc by post but there are not instructions enclosed as to its use.  I don't know whether to insert the disc or when to insert the rescue disc. Also on the 19th March I was invoiced for AVG Protection GMS but on my account details it say my subscription is due to expire in 12 days time! I am really worried.
