AVG response to issues doesnt exist

I have both AVG internet security and AVG tune up. The first one keeps running a 3/4 scan then asks for payment that is paid and the tune up i'm on my second year of a two year subscription and it downloads 94% and then kicks it back out. Ive tried to reach customer service but never get a response and when i did call the recording said 10 minutes and i hung up after 45.
I even tried to uninstall and start from the beginning but it wont allow me to. AVG is holding my computer hostage for a payment that is not owed.
