I have been a customer of AVG for over 5 years and this is what they have done.I ran into a small issue about a month or so ago and contacted AVG for support. Well, after over 15 calls to them and using their so called Premium Support, I have over 15 case #'s, my computer is soooo broken, I have only one choice. Buy another computer. They also owe me a refund for my last call (case#) of $118+
Each call to them made my computer work worse and worse. They didn't know what they did to it. They had no answers. They should be embarrassed. Thanks for nothing.
