Avg running 32 bit on 64 bit pc

I would like to inform that it is the expected behavior by AVG installation files, it will automatically detect the bit type of your PC and install it accordingly.

I have a 64bit system yet task manager shows I am running the 32bit version of AVG.  Spent an hour with online support who uninstalled and then re-installed the 64 bit version - task manager still shows AVG 32bit.   Does anybody have "64bit" shown in task manager?
