It looks like you have already tried connecting to our remote support, but UAC (user access control) was enabled.
Hence, our technician suggested to disable it and try connecting again.
Could you let us know whether you have disabled UAC on your PC and tried connecting to remote?
After installing AVG to all my devices, the Laptop is running to a crawl. I just uninstalled the Trial version with the new Tool. Now what? Am i vulnerable to viruses? I am afraid to do anything on it after the uninstall. I am working from my P.C now.
I bought the year subscription on my PC (5 devices) and really want to keep AVG. But i don't want my Laptop running slow as a snail!
