My AVG Safe Surf subscription ends on 12 July 2017. I've just received this message via email :

"As Hide My Ass!, a partner company of AVG, we wanted to let you know that, from early June, Safe Surf will no longer be available, and you will not be billed for this service after that time. However, we’re giving you a 1 year free license for Safe Surf’s sister product HMA! Pro VPN - an even better VPN service."

I've downloaded this software: HMA! PRO VPN 3.4 FOR WINDOWS

Q. When should I install HMA? After installing it, will my AVG Safe Surf be immediately/automatically deactivated?
