I changed to AVG Safe Surf VPN in August as I thought it is a good idea to have all my protection under one hat. How wrong I was!!!
I had real problems installing the first time, but as my laptop was overloaded, I presumed that was an issue. A very nice person from customer services sorted it for me. All was fine until today. It just stopped working!! I tried all the suggestions offered, including restarting, uninstalling etc. Now it just tells me I have tried too many time and to come back later.
It seems that the product was not good, as AVG now have discontinued the sale and promote HMA. An irritating box advertising it, pops up on my screen every day. I am really busy and need an VPN right now, but AVG has let me down big time. What can I do??
