As per our record you have purchased the subscription for our latest AVG Protection Multi-device program and it expires only on 28/1/2017.
We request you to follow the below mentioned instructions once:
1) Open AVG Zen.
2) Click on the email address at the top of the AVG zen interface.
3) Select the option as "Log out as admin"
4) Click on the same place where you had the email address and select only as "Leave this network"
5) Again click on the same place and log in to your Zen network as admin using our AVG my account credentials
You should have the renewal subscription recognized after this.

Hello,
even though i just purchased AVG protection pro. The app still shows the amount of days i have as a trail version.
Logging into my account on this site it clearly shows i still have 1 full year of protection, but in app it keeps showing… I tried rebooting several times.
What to do?
