Yesterday I tried to update my AVG as usual, but got a message 'Protection is disabled' and advice to restart my PC This I did, each time with the same result, and today the same. AVG won't switch on. It is AVG Pro. That means I am presumably without protection even going online to do this! Please AVG - sort it!

I have been through the repair process and it has had no effect at all. I stilll have no antivirus protection - it is still disabled. Not happy!!!! Please advise. This is 2 days without protection, Also I see that other users are having the same problem. Please sort this quickly!!!!

We have to uninstall and reinstall it if the issue persists.
