AVG scamming people about their refunds

I cancelled subscription within 30 days on the 25th Aug 2026 and I received email confirming that I will be refunded . Today it’s 12th September hasn’t received any refund but in my account it shows that I’ve been refunded. Worse part is you cannot contact them about it.
