We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that the issue is caused due to a recent windows update KB3194496. Please go to control panel to uninstall this update and then disable automatic windows updates to avoid getting this patch again. Once you uninstall this update, you must be able to scan your PC using AVG.

Today when I start a scan in AVG an error message comes up saying Windows encountered a roble and will restart in 1 minute.
Reinstal AVG Anti Virus , same pb
