Hello Steven, I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I request you to uninstall AVG PC TuneUp and reinstall it again. Uninstall AVG PC TuneUp using Control panel and install it back by following the instructions in this link - http://avgread.me/1KN3LT5 . Thank you.

My avg tune up works, along with the avg maintenance. When I try to scan my system I get a error message stating avg has encountered a problem and it needs to close. So I close it and it still does not function at all
