Avg Scan found potentially harmful program

Have avg internet security installed.
Recently on scanning my computer, Avg Scan found a threat with name - potentially harmful program toolbar.searchsuite.
When i try to remove the threat, it says cannot be removed, access is denied.
What should i do?
