AVG Scan problem

At the completion of a scan I am getting the following AVG statement result: "We were unable to scan some files, but no threats were found in the files we scanned."

Thank you for contacting AVG Support channel. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will check and help you to resolve the scan issue with AVG. 
If your scan setting on Packers and Archives is 'Scan only common installers' or 'Don't scan archives', it would not scan all the archive files, which significantly increases the scan duration, which may result in this error message.
If you would like to scan all the Archive files, you may need to enable 'Scan all archives'.
