Hi,
I would like to solve the issue myself through your instructions, but I keep receiving emails reccomending me that someone connects remotely to my computer to fix the problem instead.
Maybe someone intercepted this email chain and wants to connect to my PC for malicious purposes?
Could you please post the solution here on this thread (publicly) so I will be sure this steps will be coming from AVG?
Thanks a lot.

The scan report on my computer is showing several potential threats that AVG did ot fix.
Can you tell me if they are real threats, and if they are, what I can do to get rid of them?
Thanks in advance.

It was strange to me to receive a new email proposing the remote connectin as the best method after I had already said that I would better go for the other option. Sorry about being suspicious but you never know…
