Let us attempt to explain this for you. Upon checking it, we see that the items that cannot be found are the virus definition updates (patches).
AVG releases virus definitions every 4 hours, as there are multiple emerging threats. They are set to update automatically on your program by default.
It seems that the patches that are already applied to the AVG program or the path of remnant files couldn't be found.
Also, we see that the update files found in scan are for the previoius build (19030704), as the current version on your program is 190308-2.
Hence, we can ignore this. However, if you are still concerned, you can repair the AVG program to ensure that all the services are working fine.

Are you using the free or paid version of AVG Antivirus?
Not always, just occasionally, an AVG Scan Report will show the scan has completed apparently successfully but include a number of entries such as --
C:\Program Files\AVG\Antivirus\defs\19030704\uiext.dll [E] The system cannot find
the path specified (3)
I have no idea what such an entry is trying to tell me?
And is there any action I should be taking any action to prevent similar messages in future?

I currently using AVG Free which informs me is Software version: 19.2.3079 Virus definitions: 190308-2.
I saw no on-screen messages because (as is usually the case) I run the scan while I am otherwise not using the computer. However the report file from the scan lists all the occurences. The file from the scan from this morning is in txt format so cannot be attached but is pasted as follows
