AVG Scanning And Repairing Drive(Wont budge from 13 percent)

I am using AVG TuneUp and I started a thorough scan of my laptop almost 2 hours ago…it is scanning and repairing the C drive but it has NOT budged from 13 percent, wont move at all so not sure what to do here would appreciate any help thank U

I have the same problem, my newly purchased TuneUp is running but performance Pro is stuck ay 9%

Hi there it is the trial version…not sure how to take a screen shot but basically it is saying "Scanning and repairing drive…C…13 percent complete" been like this for over 3 hours now…and the little circle thing is spinning so really not sure what to do here…to turn off the computer and reboot it and forget about it because this is crazy no way should it take this long to even move an inch…I did the thorough scan, had never done this before but AVG told me that I needed to do this so figured why not
