Avg scheduled scan wont turn off

Hello Cathie,

Sorry, do you mean that you wish to disable the Schedule scan of AVG or is the scan getting hanged at a particular percentage and you need help in fixing it?

I turned off everything I can think of so it wont run but it seem to be stuck … I  turned of root kit as well ,
