You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on "Answer" & then click on the "Image" [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
To know which AVG program is causing the issue, please uninstall each AVG program to check the status of your PC.

I am using AVG Tune up and Internet Security and since activating it my screen resolution/graphics look very poor - sometimes hard to even read certain words. If this is unable to be fixed ASAP I shall have to look at cancelling AVG and choosing another provider - something I do not with to do. Can anyone advise? Thank you.

I would like to inform that AVG does not have the option to lessen the screen resolution.
To check this further, I have sent an email to connect to our remote experts.

Do you experience it in your browsers or on your application icon?
I experience it on everything I look at on the screen. I am sure that when I first installed AVG 12 months or more ago it aksed me if I would like to speed things up etc and lessen the quality and I said yes! So I am looking to put the quality back as it is really poor. Thank you.
