The AVG search page will appear when the AVG Secure Search add-on is installed on your browser.
If you aren't interested to use it please uninstall it from control panel.

You can find "AVG web TuneUp" or "AVG Secure Search" on the list. If you find any of it proceed with the uninstallation.
If the page still appears please mention the name of the browser to provide further steps.
