AVG Secure Browser AdBlock fail - my reply

In anser to post received by email today(21/August/2021),
I had already come up with the notion of uninstall/reinstall, not long after the problem first manifested itself about a month ago. I uninstalled, then reinstalled AVG Secure Browser to no effect. The problem remained - 
failed AdBlock! As I see it, the only way this can be fixed is for you at AVG to send through some kind of patch that may fix this problem. I've done as much as I can do at my end. I'll not waste my time on another uninstall/reinstall for the same zero result. It's now in AVG's hands to rectify this problem.

 

I obviously posted the same question twice because I'm new to this facility and I did not, at first, see the "Answer" space that I'm now aware of. I'm still feeling my way through this website.
