AVG secure browser and AVG antivirus wont uninstall and they both cause big pain to me blocking my apps and not allowing me to go to any websites. Taskmanager doesnt work uninstalling doesn't work what can I do?

Thank you for your reply but I have solved the problem by deleting every AVG file by booting in safe mode.
