AVG Secure Browser and AVG Secure VPN not working together

Hi,
Firstly, although I have already bought AVG Ultimate (which includes AVG's Secure VPN) is it right that if I want to have the built-in VPN with AVG Secure Browser that I have to pay again for a different subscription for the browser to "go Pro" even though I am already paying for your original VPN?

And secondly, none of my subscriptions are showing up when I log into my AVG account online, even though they all show up in my AVG Internet Security App - Including the Internet Security, TuneUp, Secure VPN and AntiTrack, which are all still valid until 30th of August this year…
