I am using Win 10. My email server is webmail.spectrum.net
Still no luck playing videos attached to my downloaded emails.
I can play videos on websites with no issue. It is the downloaded videos attached to my emails that will not play.
I tried incognito mode, still had the same issue.
I went to advanced settings and did the 'restore settings' and still had the same issue.
I have no problem when I use Microsoft Edge or IE.
Thanks,
Rick

I log into webmail while using AVG Secure Browser. If that email has an included video, that video will not play. I get what looks like the video control button display, but the video never plays. Is there any fix for this or do I need to muse another browser?
Thanks
