AVG Secure Browser and Outlook

Hi

I did uninstall the AVG browser and re-install it.

The AVG version is 20.10.3157 (build 20.10.5824.619).

I also have the AVG VPN on my computer.

When accessing hotmail/outlook as a webpage (not the app) in the AVG secure browser, it randomly (and at times, frequently) refreshes the page, always returning to the main Inbox.  This is obviously massively irritating if I am half way through typing out an email.

I have been onto Microsoft a lot  about this and gone through all their recommendations, re-installing browsers, running system updates, and software updates, etc. (I have re-installed chrome, firefox and edge and they have all stopped doing it, only AVG still does it)

Finally, between myself and microsoft help we come to the conclusion that the common denominators are the AVG products, the secure browers and internet security.

Any suggestions.?

Thank you for the information, Neill
Go to ⋮ Menu (three dots) ▸ .Security and Privacy Center in the AVG Secure Browser.
Disable the features one by one and check which one is causing this issue.

We're glad to look into this & help you. This isn't the usual behavior of AVG Secure browser.
Would you be so kind to clariy whether you've reinstalled Secure browser as well?
Also, let us know the version of AVG program that is installed on your computer.
