Further Update
Prior to installing AVG Secure Browser, I used Google Chrome browser. Chrome has Flash Player installed. As AVG Secure Browser 'looks' so like Chrome, I made the incorrect assumption the Chrome installed Extensions would appear on AVG Secure Browser - not so.
I have therefore re-downloaded Adobe Flash Player and installed it.
In AVG Secure Browser / Security & Privacy Center I have switched off 'Flash Blocker' and 'Extension Guard'.
In spite of this when I go 'More Tools' / Extensions, flash player does not show.
What I am doing wrong / missing ??
