AVG Secure Browser stops, freezes or just plain won't work

Hello - I posted a message earlier about my AVG browser freezing. (I've copied the original message below for your reference.) I got a reply from Dinesh (Customer Support) from a "no reply" email address asking me what version of the browser I'm using. I explained in a reply that I uninstalled the old browser today and installed whatever version is currently on the AVG website (but the problem still persists). Then I got another no-reply email saying AVG couldn't "identify my email properly" and instructed me to reply to Dinesh's email again without changing the subject line. I did that (again) and got the same response. I don't know any other way to contact Dinesh or customer support. Thanks, smoores@att.net

My original message: Hello. A couple of days ago my AVG browser just seemed to quit. I can open it and begin to type a search term, then it essentially freezes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it but that didn't help. Can anyone tell me if they've had this issue and how it was fixed? Thanks

I've reinstalled the browser twice and restarted my laptop a number of times.I'm using Window 10.
