AVG Secure Browser stops, freezes or just plain won't work

This isn't the usual behavior of AVG Secure browser.
Would you be so kind to let us know the version of the browser?

Hello. A couple of days ago my AVG browser just seemed to quit. I can open it and begin to type a search term, then it essentially freezes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it but that didn't help. Can anyone tell me if they've had this issue and how it was fixed? Thanks
