IU followed your instructions and the browser still takes over ten sconds to open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted the system after reinstalling.

- Please confirm whether AVG Secure browser takes time when you try to open it (or) the websites take time to load when you browse?
- Are you facing this issue only with AVG Secure Browser or all browsers like like Google chrome or Edge or Firefox?

I do have VPN installed, the browser takes a long time to open and a very long time to open a web page.
All other browsers work very well and I am experiencing no problems whatsoever.
