AVG secure browser

I wish to install AVG secure browser which I regularly use on another laptop but the 
https://www.avg.com/en-au/secure-browser

link keeps returning:

404 Not Found

Previously downloaded successfully but failed to install and gave up after 3 automatic attempts. Any ideas why this is happening? Has AVG's server died??
