On checking the screenshot, we see that update got blocked by AVG itself. Could you please try to disable AVG Internet Security or Anti-virus installed in your devie and check whether you can update the browser?
Also, please make sure whether the installed AVG Internet Security program is up to date.

I've been using the AVG Secure Browser without problems for months. When I opened it earlier this week, there was a notification that it needed to be updated. I could not get it to update. I kept getting an error message.
I then uninstalled it and downloaded the program again. As I ran the .exe file, the browser failed to install and I received this message (see image):
