Could you please explain what happens when you click on AVG Secure Browser? Have you tried to reinstall it?

Since I added AVG Professional etc to my laptop I am unable to go to AVG Secure Browser. The ICON is on the start-up bar but will not let me do anything. Norton browser keeps coming up. I have not had Norton for years.
