I have AVG Ultimate.  Does AVG Secure Browser fall under that subscription?

Because if I try to enable device wide vpn through the browser, it prompts me to upgrade.  Yet I already have AVG VPN, and even if it is on, the browser does not recognize it. <br>The upgrade prompt leads me to upgrade to AVG VPN that I already have.
