I've installed the trial version 2 daya ago, but when I try to set up my Identity Monitoring, the screen shows location as USA not Australia, greyed out so you can't change it. Then it tries to apply US rules for my contact mobile number. I have lost 2 days of my trial period and can't find where or how to lodge a support ticket.

Yes, some features of AVG Secure Identity are only available in the United States, including the Credit feature:
Credit: Only available in the United States
Identity Protection: Only available in the United States.
