I am subscribed to AVG secure Identity however it did not activate even when I enter the License #. When I go to manage the subscription I am directed to secure identity dash board and when I fill in name, birthdate ,email and mobile number, it say's my mobile phone # is an invalid format. Any help would be appreciated.

You do not need to install your AVG Secure Identity products. To start using Secure Identity, you need your AVG Account to access and use the web-based service.
To set up your identity monitoring:
- Sign in to your AVG Account, then go to your Identity dashboard.
- Use your AVG Account credentials to sign in.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the most crucial information for your identity monitoring. We will ask you to enter your personal information (such as an address, or social security number).
